All this mom wants for Christmas...

Like last year, this holiday season I sit here, wishing for a Santa who would exclusively grant the wishes of tired mothers all over the world. Usually, the things I wish from this imaginary Santa (ssshh!) are things that I know I can't really have, but would make me immensely happy. You know, things like six hours of sleep, but wait, I'm getting ahead of myself!

So, dear Santa for Moms, if you're listening, here's what I want for Christmas:
  • Shoes that are stylish and sexy, but comfy enough to withstand running around a toddler in full speed. I want to wear shoes other than flats and sneakers, that look good too.
  • An instant stain remover, because every time I pull out something to wear, it has a stain on it from little hands.
  • A year's supply of chocolate, because I realise I need it more than I thought I did.
  • A magic brush that will instantly style my hair, transforming it from the 'I just woke up' look to 'I just got back from the salon' look. I need this because 1) I always have a 'just woke up' look, and 2) I never get time to get my hair done at the salon.
  • A special assistant for all those Pinterest projects. They're not as easy as they look! And how about a 3D printer for said Pinterest projects? I see a business idea here.
  • A mood detecting t-shirt for my toddler, so I know how to approach him without triggering a tantrum.
  • Clothes that change to fit my ever-changing body shape. Ever since I became to mom, my body seems like it has a mind of it's own (actually it does, but you know what I mean!).
  • A cup that refills with tea at the press of a button. Yeah, I know, I mention tea in my wishlist every year.
But more than anything, Santa, I want to see a smile on the face of my Little Dude every day. Not just on Christmas, but all year round. Because, that makes me want nothing else at all!

A year supply of chocolate? THe kind that doesn't make you fat of course? Sign me up for that too.
And the magic brush.
And the refilling cup of tea. I would really like having one right now.

Ooh-adaptable size clothing. I could totally go for that.

When you figure out the clothing that can change to fit at all times, may I please get in on that? Love your list!

I second the shoes! For some reasons, it always seems like to be an either-or..

What a great list! Here's to all those things :) I definitely need clothes to fit my ever-changing body shape - I don't know what's going on there, but it's not fun! I'm really excited that I've found your blog. I haven't connected with a blogger from Dubai yet. I've been to the airport in Dubai seven times over the last 3 and a half years but shamefully, I have never actually been to Dubai itself. It is definitely on my bucket list. My son would also love to see Burj Khalifa - he loves reading the Guinness Book of Records and tells me often that it's the tallest building in the world :) I know a few people who have been to Dubai and they've told me it's a really unique and interesting place.

I wonder why they still haven't invented something like that!

Thank you, Kristi!

Isn't it? I always thought I was the one who couldn't find sexy 'mom' shoes!

Thank you for your lovely words about my blog, and I'm happy to connect with you too! Yes, Dubai is definitely a great place for family travel. If you ever decide to visit, do get in touch with me. I also have good information on my Dubai Life page.

I love the idea of a Santa for Mums... I think my list would be pretty similar. I would ask for sunshine too, but obviously you have lots of that where you are! Popping over from PoCoLo.

I would like to be able to drink a cup of coffee without forgetting I poured one and finding it cold 30 minutes later! :) Great list.

Haha, it happens to all of us, doesn't it?!
