E is for...Energy

Creek Park Dubai playground

I really don't know where toddlers get their endless energy from! If it's from the peanut butter sandwiches or Cheerios, then they must be classified as superfoods. This photo of Little Dude was taken on our recent visit to the Creek Park in Dubai after a long day. I was expecting him to be tired after playing in the grass and watching a bird show, but I was so wrong! He saw the playground and off he went. It was hard getting him away from here even though he had played for quite some time. But that's toddlers for you. As the days get hotter, I'm having a harder time keeping up with him when we go out to play!

Gorgeous photo :) My two sound much the same, I have no idea where they get all of their energy from...I wish I could have some of it!

Always put their energy down to the fact that they can collapse at will. Not a luxury available to us grown ups. Then again, the sight of a play parks always seem to revitalise them. #AlphabetPhoto

I think I could have used pretty much any photo of my two and labelled it energy - they certainly keep me on my toes! I imagine it is much trickier to keep up in the heat of Dubai though! #alphabetphoto

Ahhhh to be a kid! Energy is what they have that they never run out of =P

With two, it must be all the more tiring to run after them!

Good point, Cheryl!

Lovely photo - he is growing up so fast! Yes, energy - I sometimes wish I could switch Monkey off for a couple of minutes #alphabetphoto

It's actually mind-blowing sometimes how much energy little ones have! I think it's equivalent to us - as in big people/adults - running a marathon every day.

I think they steal their parents' energy :)

I agree, that's an interesting comparison!

Ah, never thought of it that way, but true!

Great photo, so lovely that they have this boundless energy but you're right it's exhausting! He must have had a great time though. Thanks for sharing with #alphabetphoto
