When kids are home during the summer holidays, they do tend to get hungry a lot! You will get constant requests for 'something to eat', which is no surprise considering they get hungry whether they are bored, or tired, or just about any time.

These are so adorable. I hadn't thought about simply plopping fruit in the freezer for a nice cold snack! I finally bought popcicle makers so I've been able to just pour juice in those and give it to the kiddos on especially hot days.
