Busy Hands: Pom-Pom Painted Christmas Tree
Last year, I had set up an invitation to create christmas trees, and Little Dude and his friends loved making them. Our holiday craft for this season is this simple Christmas tree that we painted with pom poms! You could use it for a Christmas card, or frame it for festive wall decor. It would also be great for a group activity, and kids can decorate their trees in colours of their choice.
For this craft, I used blue craft paper as the background. I then cut out the shape of a Christmas tree using green and brown craft paper. You can also download our Christmas Tree Template for free.
Little Dude first painted the snow on the blue paper. I didn't glue on the Christmas tree until he had finished painting the snow print, as it was easier this way.
Once the paint dried, he then 'decorated' the tree with different colours. This was such an easy craft to do, and finished tree looks so cute!
